Statement:
Art is expression, not explanation. My goal as a painter is to express
myself as freely and creatively as I can. I paint because I love
doing it and I enjoy sharing my work with others. My work conveys
positive energy.
Canadian painter Lawren Harris said, “Paintings come out of
themselves.” I truly believe this and that is how I approach
my work.
Currently I am creating non-objective work that contains dots and
dashes that “move” around and through transparent and
opaque geometric and non-geometric shapes in bright, vibrant colors
and color combinations.
